At Hope and Success Ventures, we are dedicated to transforming the delivery and experience of K-12 reading education, with a particular focus on students of color. As an Educator and Principal, I am committed to providing valuable and culturally responsive resources that unlock the potential in students of color. Our mission is to advocate for student success by equipping educators and schools with the tools and knowledge to create inclusive and empowering learning environments.
Our vision at HOPE AND SUCCESS VENTURES is to empower young people of color from preschool to twelfth grade, fostering a belief in their potential, lifelong learning, and a relentless drive to shape a brighter future through innovation and collaboration. Committed to upholding integrity, service, excellence, and teamwork, we strive to exceed customer expectations while adhering to legal requirements in our local and global markets.

As an Educator and CEO, I am committed to providing valuable and culturally responsive resources that unlock the potential in students of color. I am proud to have served as the Lead Organizer and contributing author in Breakthrough Results in Education, an anthology that offers practical advice for unleashing the potential of students and school districts. Through this work, I have seen firsthand the transformative power of educational strategies that honor and uplift diverse voices and experiences.
As part of our efforts, we are creating a collection of decodable books that feature the 44 sounds of the English language, while also being representative of the diverse backgrounds, communities, families, and heritage of black and brown children. We believe that every child deserves to see themselves reflected positively in the materials they read, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment.
Prior to my journey in education, I worked in the fast-paced world of Wall Street. However, my passion for opening minds and nurturing young hearts led me to transition to the field of education. True success lies in empowering and inspiring young minds, and I am dedicated to bringing hope and success to the lives of the students we have the privilege to serve.
